Ingredients

  • 8 thin pork chops
  • 5 large potatoes
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 large onion
  • dash pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Slice the onion and potatoes.
  3. Spread a layer of cream of mushroom soup in the bottom of a 2-quart baking dish.
  4. Place a layer of sliced potatoes over the soup.
  5. Add a layer of sliced onions on top of the potatoes.
  6. Arrange a layer of pork chops over the onions.
  7. Cover the pork chops with cream of mushroom soup.
  8. Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of soup on top.
  9. Cover the baking dish with a lid or aluminum foil.
  10. Bake for 2.5 hours or until the pork falls off the bone.
