Ingredients

  • 2 lb. canned tomatoes, blended
  • 2 lb. ground beef, browned
  • 1 small green pepper
  • 2 small chopped onions
  • 1 crushed garlic clove
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp. crushed red peppers
  • 1/4 tsp. hot pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 (16 oz.) can chili beans

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet and drain excess fat.
  2. Combine the blended tomatoes, cooked beef, chopped green pepper, chopped onions, crushed garlic, chili powder, crushed red peppers, hot pepper, salt, pepper, and chili beans in a pot.
  3. Simmer the mixture on low heat for a couple of hours, stirring occasionally.
