Ingredients

  • 3 bunches broccoli
  • 14 slices bacon
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup sugar or sweetener
  • 3 green onions
  • 2/3 cup raisins
  • 1 cup Miracle Whip
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar

Instructions

  1. Cut the flowerets off the broccoli and peel the stalks.
  2. Slice the stalks thinly.
  3. Add sunflower seeds, raisins, and sliced green onions to the broccoli.
  4. Mix Miracle Whip, vinegar, and sugar to make the dressing.
  5. Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss to coat.
  6. Add the cooked, crisp bacon and mix well.
