Antipasto Platter

Instructions
- Cover a large platter with lettuce leaves.
- Drain can of white beans and pile in center of platter.
- Break tuna into chunks and place on beans.
- Fill the rest of the platter with black olives, diagonally cut carrot and celery pieces, chunks of Provolone cheese, salami slices and cherry tomatoes.
- Pour dressing over all.
- Chill.
- Serve with crackers.
