Ingredients

  • 5 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 lb. bacon
  • soy sauce
  • oil
  • 2 Tbsp. white sugar
  • tooth picks

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken into approximately 1-inch cubes.
  2. Cut bacon strips in half.
  3. Wrap each chicken cube with half a strip of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
  4. Fry the bacon-wrapped chicken in oil until golden brown.
  5. Drain well to remove excess oil.
  6. Cover the chicken rolls with soy sauce.
  7. Sprinkle with white sugar.
