Ingredients

  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 medium apples, cored and cut in eighths
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1/3 cup apple juice
  • 4 pork loin chops, 1/2-inch thick, fat trimmed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Shake flour in a Reynolds large oven bag and place it in a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
  3. Add onion soup mix, honey, and apple juice to the bag.
  4. Squeeze the bag to blend in the flour.
  5. Add pork loin chops and apples to the bag.
  6. Turn the bag to coat the ingredients with the sauce.
  7. Arrange the pork chops in an even layer in the bag with apples around them.
  8. Close the bag with a nylon tie and cut six 1/2-inch slits in the top.
  9. Bake until pork chops are tender, about 35 minutes.
