- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Shake flour in a Reynolds large oven bag and place it in a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
- Add onion soup mix, honey, and apple juice to the bag.
- Squeeze the bag to blend in the flour.
- Add pork loin chops and apples to the bag.
- Turn the bag to coat the ingredients with the sauce.
- Arrange the pork chops in an even layer in the bag with apples around them.
- Close the bag with a nylon tie and cut six 1/2-inch slits in the top.
- Bake until pork chops are tender, about 35 minutes.
