Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked diced ham
  • 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
  • 2 apples, cored and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon grated orange rind
  • 2 tablespoons flour

Instructions

  1. Arrange cooked diced ham in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish and spread with prepared mustard.
  2. Arrange the cored and sliced apples over the ham.
  3. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
  4. Combine brown sugar, grated orange rind, and flour, then sprinkle over the dish.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes.
