Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1 cup Mazola oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups unsifted flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 4 medium pie apples, sliced

Instructions
