Ingredients

  • 10 oz. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
  • 17 oz. can cream-style corn
  • 1/4 cup cracker crumbs
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Pour mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 30 to 40 minutes until hot and bubbly.
