Ingredients

  • 1 slice bread
  • butter
  • applesauce
  • sprinkle of cinnamon
  • 1 slice cheese

Instructions

  1. Make a slice of toast and butter the top.
  2. Spoon applesauce onto the buttered toast and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  3. Place the toast under the broiler just long enough to warm the applesauce.
  4. Remove from the broiler and top with a slice of cheese.
  5. Return to the broiler until the cheese melts.
