- Mix first 6 ingredients; stir into unbeaten egg and vanilla. Fold in apples and walnuts.
- Turn into a well-greased 9-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until brown and crusty. Garnish with whipped cream; sprinkle with cinnamon or top with scoops of vanilla ice cream.
