Ingredients

  • 8 oz. refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
  • 3/4 cup confectioners sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 12 oz. apricot preserves
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup cold butter or margarine
  • 1 cup flaked coconut

Instructions

  1. Unroll crescent dough into a rectangle and press into a greased 13x9x2-inch baking pan.
  2. Sprinkle with 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans, confectioners sugar, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg.
  3. Drop apricot preserves evenly over the top of the layered ingredients.
