Ingredients

  • 2 lb. hamburger meat
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 small can green chiles
  • 1 pkg. fajita size tortillas
  • 2 Tbsp. sour cream
  • picante sauce
  • grated cheese
  • chopped lettuce
  • chopped tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Place hamburger meat in a large skillet.
  2. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, chili powder, and chopped onion; brown together.
  3. Add Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chiles; stir well.
  4. Lower fire, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Stir once during simmering.
  6. Add sour cream and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Place the desired amount of meat mixture on tortillas.
  8. Top with chopped lettuce, tomatoes, grated cheese, olives, and picante sauce to taste.
  9. Fold the tortillas and enjoy.
