Ingredients

  • 2 (28 oz.) cans baked beans
  • 1/2 cup catsup
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, minced
  • 6 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard

Instructions

  1. Pour the baked beans into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients: catsup, brown sugar, black pepper, chopped celery, finely chopped onion, minced bell pepper, chopped bacon, and dry mustard.
  3. Stir the mixture well to combine.
  4. Bake for 2 hours at 275°F.
