Ingredients

  • 5 lb. boneless chicken breasts, filleted
  • 3 cups flour
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a plastic bag, add flour, salt, and pepper.
  2. In a bowl, beat eggs with a little milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip the chicken fillets in the egg mixture.
  4. Shake the chicken in the flour mixture to coat evenly.
  5. Fry the coated chicken in vegetable oil at 350°F in an electric skillet until golden brown and cooked through.
