Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 to 2 cups grated coconut
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Separate the eggs.
  3. Add melted butter to the egg yolks and sugar, then beat lightly.
  4. Add flour, milk, vanilla, and grated coconut, then blend well.
  5. Pour the mixture into an unbaked pie shell.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes or until set.
