Ingredients

  • 1 fryer or 1 package chicken breasts
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 can cream of celery or cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Boil the chicken until tender, then remove bones and skin.
  2. Place the cooked chicken in a casserole dish.
  3. Pour melted butter over the chicken.
