- Put the tomato soup and 1 can of water into a rectangular cake pan.
- Peel the potatoes and carrots; cut them into large chunks.
- Cut the onion into four sections.
- Cut the round steak into strips.
- Combine all the prepared ingredients in the cake pan and sprinkle basil leaves on top.
- Cover the pan and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 2 hours.
