Ingredients

  • 2 cans tomato soup
  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 medium size round steak
  • 4 large carrots
  • 1 large onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil leaves

Instructions

  1. Put the tomato soup and 1 can of water into a rectangular cake pan.
  2. Peel the potatoes and carrots; cut them into large chunks.
  3. Cut the onion into four sections.
  4. Cut the round steak into strips.
  5. Combine all the prepared ingredients in the cake pan and sprinkle basil leaves on top.
  6. Cover the pan and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 2 hours.
