- Mix flour, oleo, and chopped pecans; pat loosely in a 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in 1 cup Cool Whip.
- In a separate bowl, beat the pudding mixes with milk until thickened. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Spread the cream cheese and Cool Whip mixture over the cooled crust.
- Pour the pudding mixture over the Cool Whip layer.
- Refrigerate the pie for 20 minutes.
- Spread the remaining Cool Whip over the pudding layer.
- Garnish with chocolate sprinkles.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
