Linda'S Squash Casserole
A creamy, cheesy squash casserole with tender yellow squash, rich cheeses, and a crunchy cracker topping, perfect for family dinners and holiday gatherings.

- Boil the sliced yellow squash and chopped onion in a small amount of water until tender.
- Drain well and add the margarine, grated Cheddar cheese, grated Velveeta cheese, and the can of cream of mushroom soup; mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
- Mix the crackers with melted margarine and pour on top of the squash mixture.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
