Ingredients

  • chicken breast tenderloins
  • flour
  • oil
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • lemon pepper seasoning

Instructions

  1. Heat enough oil in a skillet to cover the bottom.
  2. Salt the chicken tenderloins and dredge them in flour.
  3. Lightly brown both sides of the tenderloins in the oil.
  4. Pour off some of the oil from the skillet.
  5. Generously sprinkle the tenderloins with lemon pepper seasoning.
  6. Mix the cream of chicken soup with half a can of hot water.
  7. Pour the soup mixture over the tenderloins.
  8. Sprinkle with a little more lemon pepper seasoning.
  9. Cover and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes.
