Ingredients

  • 6 large chicken breasts
  • Tony Chachere seasoning
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup Italian salad dressing with olive oil
  • 1/2 onion

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with Tony Chachere seasoning and marinate.
  2. Melt and blend margarine, chopped garlic, soy sauce, and Italian salad dressing with olive oil.
  3. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken in a large baking pan.
  4. Slice 1/2 onion and spread on top of the chicken.
  5. Bake in a 450°F oven for about 1 hour or until the chicken is done.
  6. Turn the chicken often while cooking.
