Ingredients

  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup salad oil
  • 1 cup pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • dash of nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Beat with an electric mixer for 5 minutes.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased and floured tube pan.
  4. Bake at 350°F for about 35 minutes or until done.
  5. Frost with Cream Cheese Icing.
