Ingredients

  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 small container sour cream
  • 1 small jar salsa
  • lettuce, shredded
  • 5 green onions, chopped
  • shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet and drain excess fat.
  2. Add half a packet of taco seasoning and the can of refried beans to the cooked beef. Mix well.
  3. Layer the beef and bean mixture in the bottom of a casserole dish.
  4. Spread sour cream evenly over the beef and bean layer.
  5. Pour salsa over the sour cream layer.
  6. Add shredded lettuce on top of the salsa.
  7. Sprinkle chopped green onions over the lettuce.
  8. Sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese over the green onions.
  9. Top with chopped tomatoes.
