Ingredients

  • 16 oz. spaghetti
  • 8 bacon slices
  • 2 medium onions
  • 4 eggs
  • 8 oz. American cheese slices or cubes

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a 12-inch skillet over medium heat, cook bacon slices until crisp.
  3. Remove bacon with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
  4. In the same skillet, add chopped onions and cook until softened.
  5. Return the cooked spaghetti to the skillet with onions.
  6. Pour in slightly beaten eggs and cook, stirring gently, until eggs are just set.
  7. Add American cheese slices or cubes and stir until melted and well combined.
  8. Mix in the cooked bacon pieces and serve immediately.
