Ingredients

  • chopped lettuce
  • frozen peas, thawed
  • sliced boiled eggs
  • bacon, fried crisp and broken into pieces
  • chopped green onions
  • mayonnaise
  • Swiss cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Layer chopped lettuce, thawed frozen peas, sliced boiled eggs, bacon pieces, chopped green onions, and grated Swiss cheese in a bowl, repeating the layers 2 to 3 times to fill the bowl.
  2. Top with remaining sliced boiled eggs, bacon, and green onions for garnish.
  3. Chill well before serving.
