Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 6 slices bread
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 pound bacon, crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pound Velveeta cheese or 1/2 Velveeta and 1/2 Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown bacon and dry off the excess fat.
  2. Add eggs (do not beat) and crumbled bread; then add milk, salt, and cheese, tossing lightly to combine.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  4. Refrigerate overnight.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes until set and golden.
  6. Cut into squares and serve.
