Ingredients

  • 12 boiled eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped celery
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped crisp bacon
  • 1/2 cup plus 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp. salad mustard
  • 1 1/2 tsp. sweet relish
  • paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Slice eggs lengthwise in half.
  2. Remove yolks from the eggs.
  3. In a medium bowl, crush the yolks with a fork.
  4. Mix the crushed yolks with mayonnaise, salad mustard, sweet relish, chopped onion, chopped celery, chopped bacon, salt, and pepper.
  5. Fill the egg white halves with the yolk mixture.
  6. Sprinkle the filled eggs with paprika and chill before serving.
