Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. milk
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. bacon bits

Instructions

  1. Bread eggs into a bowl and beat well.
  2. Add milk and a pinch of salt.
  3. Melt margarine in a skillet and add eggs.
  4. Sprinkle pepper and bacon bits over eggs.
  5. Fold and brown on both sides.
