Ingredients

  • 6 (15 oz.) cans pork and beans
  • 1 lb. bacon
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup molasses
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon mustard

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except bacon in a large pot and simmer for 8 hours.
  2. Fry bacon strips until crispy and add to the baked beans 30 minutes before the cooking time ends.
