Baked Beans Quartet

Ingredients

  • 6 slices bacon
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 (16 oz.) can butter beans, drained
  • 2 (17 oz.) cans limas, drained
  • 1 (15 oz.) can red kidney beans, drained
  • 1 (15 oz.) can pork and beans
  • 3/4 c. catsup
  • 1/2 c. molasses
  • 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon crisp, crumble.
  2. Cook onion and garlic in drippings. Drain.
  3. Combine bacon, onion, butter beans and next 4 ingredients. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  4. Pour into lightly greased 2 1/2-quart bean pot or baking dish.
  5. Bake, covered, at 375° for 1 hour.
