Baked Beans Quartet
Ingredients
- 6 slices bacon ⓘ
- 1 c. chopped onion ⓘ
- 1 clove garlic, minced ⓘ
- 1 (16 oz.) can butter beans, drained ⓘ
- 2 (17 oz.) cans limas, drained ⓘ
- 1 (15 oz.) can red kidney beans, drained ⓘ
- 1 (15 oz.) can pork and beans
- 3/4 c. catsup ⓘ
- 1/2 c. molasses ⓘ
- 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar ⓘ
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire ⓘ
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard ⓘ
- 1/4 tsp. pepper ⓘ
Instructions
- Cook bacon crisp, crumble.
- Cook onion and garlic in drippings. Drain.
- Combine bacon, onion, butter beans and next 4 ingredients. Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Pour into lightly greased 2 1/2-quart bean pot or baking dish.
- Bake, covered, at 375° for 1 hour.
