Ingredients

  • 12 (6-inch) flour tortillas
  • 1 small white onion, diced
  • 1 (28 oz.) can baked beans
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 1 cup prepared salsa

Instructions

  1. Lay out 6 of the tortillas and sprinkle with cheese, onions, peppers, and baked beans.
  2. Add another layer of cheese on top.
  3. Top with the remaining tortillas.
  4. Cook on a warm grill for 3 minutes on each side or until warm throughout.
  5. Serve with sour cream and salsa.
