Ingredients

  • 8 lb. beans
  • 1 1/2 lb. bacon
  • 1 lb. brown sugar
  • 4 1/2 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 c. molasses
  • 4 1/2 qt. tomato juice
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Soak beans overnight.
  2. Next morning, cook beans until soft.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  4. Cold pack for 1.5 to 2 hours or 95 minutes at 10 pounds pressure.
