Baked Beans With Chuck
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 lb. ground chuck, browned and drained ⓘ
- 1 large can butter beans, drained ⓘ
- 2 tsp. Tabasco sauce ⓘ
- 1 bell pepper, chopped ⓘ
- 1 c. brown sugar
- salt and pepper to taste ⓘ
- 1 large can pork and beans (not drained) ⓘ
- 1 large can pinto beans, drained ⓘ
- 1 c. ketchup ⓘ
- 1 onion, chopped ⓘ
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce ⓘ
- dash of oregano ⓘ
Instructions
- Brown onion and bell pepper with ground chuck.
- Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.
- Pour into a 14 x 9-inch baking dish.
- Lay strips of bacon on top of beans; cover and bake at 325° for approximately 1 hour.
