Baked Beans With Chuck

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 lb. ground chuck, browned and drained
  • 1 large can butter beans, drained
  • 2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 large can pork and beans (not drained)
  • 1 large can pinto beans, drained
  • 1 c. ketchup
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • dash of oregano

Instructions

  1. Brown onion and bell pepper with ground chuck.
  2. Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.
  3. Pour into a 14 x 9-inch baking dish.
  4. Lay strips of bacon on top of beans; cover and bake at 325° for approximately 1 hour.
