Baked Beef With Salsa

Ingredients

  • 400 grams ground beef
  • 1/4 cup salsa prepared spicy
  • 1 roll stale bread, cubed
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup onion minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup parsley minced
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan grated
  • salt and ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 Celsius.
  2. Mix the milk and bread together in a large bowl until the bread soaks in the milk. Mash into a paste.
  3. Add the beef, salsa, garlic, onion, parsley, parmesan, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Form into a log on aluminum foil and flatten to form a rectangle. Bake for approximately 20 minutes, spread with the additional salsa and return to oven. Bake for 10 minutes more.
  5. Let cool before cutting and serving.
