Baked Beef With Salsa

- Preheat the oven to 180 Celsius.
- Mix the milk and bread together in a large bowl until the bread soaks in the milk. Mash into a paste.
- Add the beef, salsa, garlic, onion, parsley, parmesan, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Form into a log on aluminum foil and flatten to form a rectangle. Bake for approximately 20 minutes, spread with the additional salsa and return to oven. Bake for 10 minutes more.
- Let cool before cutting and serving.
