Ingredients

  • Romano cheese
  • yellow pepper
  • red pepper
  • green pepper
  • onion
  • fresh mushrooms
  • yellow squash
  • zucchini
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Cut vegetables into large, chunky pieces (more than a bite) and place in baking dish.
  2. Pour salad dressing over vegetables and mix well.
  3. Salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Bake in preheated oven at 425°F for 20 minutes or until desired texture.
  5. Stir occasionally while cooking.
