Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lump crab meat
  • 1/2 pint cream
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 2 cups celery, diced
  • 1 cup onion, diced
  • 1 cup cracker crumbs
  • Tabasco to taste

Instructions

  1. Saute diced onion, celery, and green pepper in butter.
  2. In a bowl, mix cracker crumbs, cream, and seasonings to taste, including Tabasco.
  3. Add the sautéed vegetables and crab meat to the mixture.
  4. Fill crab shells with the mixture and top with paprika.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.
  6. Garnish with lemon before serving.
