- Drain the minced clams and reserve the liquid.
- Add water to the clam liquid to make 1 cup.
- In a saucepan, combine the liquid, butter, poultry seasoning, and salt.
- Heat until boiling.
- Add the flour and cook until the mixture forms a ball.
- Remove from heat.
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
- Stir in the minced clams.
- Drop teaspoonfuls of the dough onto greased cookie sheets.
- Bake at 450°F for 10 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350°F and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Serve warm or cold.
