Ingredients

  • 3 lb. fish fillets
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 4 sprigs fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 c. white wine
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 6 tomatoes, chopped finely

Instructions

  1. Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper.
  2. Distribute chopped onion and parsley over the bottom of a lightly oiled baking pan.
  3. Place the seasoned fish fillets over the onions and parsley.
  4. Pour white wine over the fish and vegetables.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 20 minutes.
