- Mix the cream cheese, milk, sour cream, green peppers, onion flakes, dried beef, pepper, and garlic salt together and put in a greased 1-quart casserole.
- Mix the chopped pecans, melted butter, and a dash of salt; sprinkle over the top of the dip.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 350°F.
- Serve warm with crackers.
