Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. green peppers
  • 2 Tbsp. onion flakes
  • 6 oz. dried beef
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 Tbsp. melted butter
  • dash of salt

Instructions

  1. Mix the cream cheese, milk, sour cream, green peppers, onion flakes, dried beef, pepper, and garlic salt together and put in a greased 1-quart casserole.
  2. Mix the chopped pecans, melted butter, and a dash of salt; sprinkle over the top of the dip.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes at 350°F.
  4. Serve warm with crackers.
