Ingredients

  • 2 cups herb-seasoned stuffing mix
  • 3/4 cup hot water
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons thyme
  • 1 pound fish fillets (flounder or other)
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon dry mustard

Instructions

  1. Blend the stuffing mix, hot water, and 1 teaspoon of thyme until well combined.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly in a large, shallow, greased baking dish.
  3. Arrange the fish fillets over the stuffing mixture.
  4. Melt margarine and mix with lemon juice and dry mustard.
  5. Pour the margarine mixture over the fish and stuffing.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 30 minutes or until the fish flakes easily.
