Ingredients

  • 3 or 4 servings bass or Walleye fillet
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3 Tbsp. A.1. sauce
  • 10 to 15 Ritz crackers

Instructions

  1. Clean and dry the fish.
  2. Mix the beaten eggs and A.1. sauce.
  3. Marinate the fish in the sauce for 10 minutes.
  4. Crush the Ritz crackers finely and coat the fish with them.
  5. Place the fish fillets on oiled heavy foil.
  6. Bake for 8 minutes at 400°.
  7. Turn on the broiler and broil the fish for 8 to 10 minutes until lightly browned and the fish is done.
