Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 16 oz can pear halves
  • 16 oz can peach halves
  • 20 oz can pineapple slices
  • 3/4 teaspoon curry
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 12 cherries

Instructions

  1. Drain the canned fruit and dry thoroughly.
  2. Place the dried fruit in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
  3. Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat.
  4. Add the brown sugar, curry, ground cloves, and cinnamon to the melted butter, stirring until well combined.
  5. Pour the butter mixture over the fruit in the casserole dish.
  6. Garnish the top with cherries.
  7. Bake uncovered at 325°F for 1 hour, or until heated through and fragrant.
