- Drain the canned fruit and dry thoroughly.
- Place the dried fruit in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat.
- Add the brown sugar, curry, ground cloves, and cinnamon to the melted butter, stirring until well combined.
- Pour the butter mixture over the fruit in the casserole dish.
- Garnish the top with cherries.
- Bake uncovered at 325°F for 1 hour, or until heated through and fragrant.
