- Combine ground ham, chopped celery, and mayonnaise in a bowl.
- Mix well to incorporate all ingredients.
- Brush one side of each bread slice with melted butter.
- Spread the ham mixture evenly over the buttered side of the bread slices.
- Roll up each slice as for a jelly roll.
- Secure each roll with toothpicks.
- Arrange the rolls on cookie sheets.
- Brush the tops of the rolls with the remaining melted butter.
- Bake in a 425°F oven for 12 minutes until golden.
- Meanwhile, mix the Cheddar soup and milk in a saucepan.
- Heat the soup mixture until warm.
- Serve the baked ham roll-ups with the warm soup.
