Ingredients

  • 14 medium eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese or Mozzarella
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons minced onion
  • 3/4 teaspoon seasoned salt or regular salt
  • 1 pound bulk sausage, browned, crumbled and drained

Instructions

  1. Mix eggs, milk, cheese, salt, and onion well.
  2. Add cooled sausage, crumbled or sliced ham, or uncooked links.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 40 to 45 minutes, or until set (use 325°F for 40 minutes if using a glass dish).
