Ingredients

  • 1 (29 oz.) can pumpkin
  • 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon cloves
  • 1 teaspoon ginger

Instructions

  1. Spray a 1 1/2-quart casserole with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir well until blended.
  3. Bake at 425°F for 15 minutes.
  4. Reduce oven temperature to 350°F and bake for an additional 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
  5. Serve warm or cold.
