Baked Rhubarb

Ingredients

  • 4 c. raw rhubarb
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 3/4 stick butter
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Mix eggs, milk, sugar, and nutmeg together in a bowl.
  2. Melt butter in the baking dish.
  3. Pour the egg mixture over the melted butter and mix well.
  4. Sprinkle flour evenly over the baking dish.
  5. Place rhubarb in the dish and pour the egg mixture over it.
  6. Bake at 300°F for 1 hour.
