Ingredients

  • 1 to 2 lb. ricotta cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley
  • salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated Romano cheese
  • 12 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 box jumbo shells
  • 2 (1 lb.) jars Ragu chunky garden style sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook the jumbo shells as directed on the box and drain well.
  2. Mix ricotta cheese, eggs, parsley, Parmesan cheese, Romano cheese, and grated mozzarella cheese together.
  3. Add salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
  4. Fill each cooked shell with the ricotta cheese mixture.
  5. Pour enough Ragu chunky garden style sauce into the bottom of a baking dish to cover it.
  6. Lay the stuffed shells side by side in the sauce and drizzle more sauce over them.
  7. Cover the dish with foil.
  8. Bake in a 325°F oven for 1 hour.
  9. Heat the remaining sauce and set it on the table for additional serving if desired.
