Ingredients

  • 1 lb. cleaned and cooked lobster meat
  • 4 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c. dry sherry
  • 2 to 4 Tbsp. melted butter

Instructions

  1. Place lobster in a buttered baking dish.
  2. Mix bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, dry sherry, melted butter, and seasonings until well combined, moistening with enough butter.
  3. Season with a few drops of garlic or onion juice, salt, and pepper to taste.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
  5. Serve with lemon wedges.
