A quick, cheesy shrimp casserole with peas and crispy potato chips, perfect for a comforting family dinner or casual gathering, offering creamy and savory flavors.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. frozen cooked shrimp
  • 2 pkg. frozen peas
  • 2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 1 c. diced sharp cheese
  • 2 tsp. Watkins soup and vegetable seasoning
  • 2 c. crushed potato chips

Instructions

  1. Cook and drain the frozen peas according to package directions.
  2. Mix the condensed cream of mushroom soup and milk in a bowl.
  3. Add the diced sharp cheese, Watkins soup and vegetable seasoning, and stir until well blended.
  4. Fold in the cooked peas and cooked shrimp.
  5. Pour half of the mixture into a 2-quart casserole dish.
  6. Sprinkle half of the crushed potato chips over the sauce.
  7. Cover with the remaining shrimp mixture.
  8. Crumble the remaining potato chips on top.
  9. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30 minutes, until bubbly and brown.
