- Mix the condensed cream of mushroom soup and milk in a bowl.
- Add the diced sharp cheese, Watkins soup and vegetable seasoning, and stir until well blended.
- Fold in the cooked peas and cooked shrimp.
- Pour half of the mixture into a 2-quart casserole dish.
- Sprinkle half of the crushed potato chips over the sauce.
- Cover with the remaining shrimp mixture.
- Crumble the remaining potato chips on top.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30 minutes, until bubbly and brown.
